CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients who cancel AT LEAST 24 hours prior to appointment time will automatically receive a full refund of their deposit, if one was made. Cancellations made WITHIN 24 hours of appointment time will forfeit the deposit and are subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment service cost. Cancellations WITHIN 4 hours of appointment time will forfeit the deposit, and are subject to be charged the full appointment price.
